Product Description
Shell and tube heat exchanger
1. Types: plate heat exchanger, spiral plate heat exchanger, threaded locking-ring heat exchanger and shell and tube heat exchangers.
2. Shell and tube heat exchanger contains: fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger,U-tube heat exchanger and floating head type heat exchanger and so on.
3. Materials: carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals: titanium, nickel, copper, aluminum, molybdenum, zinc, cobalt etc and their alloy materials.
4. Pressure: low-pressure, medium-pressure and high-pressure.
5. Temperature: low-temperature heat exchanger, medium-temperature heat excahnger but also high-temperature heat exchanger.
6. Medium: not only non-flammable,non-toxic and non-corrosive medium but also flammable,toxic,corrosive medium and highly flammable,highly toxic, highly corrosive medium.
7. Concrete products: coolers, condensers, heater, preheater, vaporizers, reboilers, evaporators, dryers, steamwok, preheat pan, solvent preheater, steamer, steam offline, electric steam generator, gas furnace water jacket and so on.
Working Condition:
1)Refrigerant side(In the tube): R22,R134a,R407c,R410a etc.2)Water side (Between the tube and shell):fresh water, nature water, drink water, seawater, saltwater, ground water etc .
Material:
1)Heat transfer Tube: 316L / SUS304 / Copper / Titanium
2)Shell: 316L / SUS304 / Carbon steel / PP / PVC
