Water cooled screw industrial chiller Features:

3. Capacity control apply to four-step (100%-75%-50%-25%), three-step (100%-66%-33%) and no step control system.
4. With 11 bearings and a balance piston against axial thrust. This extends longer bearings life 2.5 to 3.5 times than traditional design.
5. Designed with efficient silicon steel and special slots, and equipped with the inside and outside all around design to cool the flow channel so to ensure maximum efficiency of the compressor motor under any load.
6. Built-in oil pressing system ensure compressor maintaining the optimal lubricity without oil pump.
7. High efficiency double filtration oil separator ensures maxinum heat exchanger.
8. Efficient, low noise and small vibration.
9. Various options of refrigerants, R22, environment-friendly R134A, R407C etc.
10. All-wave compressor volume ratio(VI=2.2/2.6/3.0/3.5) for selection to avoid the extra energy consumption caused by over or under compression.

Water Chiller FEATURES:
1. 11 sizes available ranging from 151.2 kW to 752.4 kW cooling capacity.
2. Hermetic scroll compressor for mod. 150÷180, semi-hermetic screw compressor for mod. 250÷760. Each compressor is equipped with a crankcase heater and a thermal overload cut-out; the screw compressor is also complete with a built-in electronic protection with temperature sensor located directly in the motor winding and on the discharge line.
3. External rotor type axial fans, equipped with three phase direct drive motors, low noise 8 poles, protection level IP54, provided with a protective outlet grille.
4. Evaporator built with high efficiency shell and tube type heat exchanger, factory insulated with flexible close cell material.
5. Condenser built with seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins.
6. Refrigerant circuit complete with charge valves, filter drier, sight glass, gas-liquid separator, thermostatic expansion valve, high & low pressure switch. The heat pump unit is completed also with 4-way valve, liquid receiver and one way valve.
7. Hydraulic circuit built with galvanized pipe, complete with water discharge connection for shell and tube heat exchanger and flange type hydraulic connectors.
8. Electric panel consist of: compressor contactor, fan motor contactor, compressor isolating switch, fan protection breaker, phase sequence relay and microprocessor with function display.
9. Automatic operation dramatically reducing maintenance cost thanks to reliable microprocessor system.
