By optimizing the refrigerant flow, finned tube material, frosting, wind speed, pipe arrangement, fin spacing and so on. To provide customers the dry cooler with high efficient, compact, light weight, high reliability, energy saving and environmental protection.
The copper tube and aluminum fin of the heat exchanger through the expansion tube process to reduce the contact resistance, increase the pressure of the contact between the aluminum fin and copper tube, so that bulge occur some deformation at the interface, then to reduce the gap, increase the contact area, reduce the contact resistance , enhance heat transfer. Because of the water or medium through the dry cooler, it must be light pipe, which can reduce the resistance of the liquid in the pipeline.
Through thermodynamic calculation, select the number of copper tube suitable for working conditions. In full consideration of gravity and resistance, strictly control the flow rate, reasonable layout, which can make the heat exchanger achieve the best heat exchange performance in the harsh conditions.
The heat exchanger select outer rotor-type fan with low energy consumption, fan motor protection class IP54, insulation class F, each motor with thermal protection, stable operation, long service life.
