A waste heat recovery steam generator is an energy recovery heat exchanger that recovers heat from a hot gas stream. It produces steam that can be used in a process (cogeneration) or used to drive asteam turbine (combined cycle).
The waste heat steam generators, with a standarized modular design that fits most high-temperature flue gas heat recovery applications without custom design extra costs. The unique design offers eight different gas inlet-outlet arrangements and different sizes which to date are in operation downstream gas turbines with power output ranging from 1 to 25 MW.

structured natural circulating water tube boiler. The whole design is in inverse U shape.

adapt to float glass production line using heavy oil or natural gas as fuel.
4. Small "r" bending radius in heat surface arrangement, making the boiler whole structure more
compact, exterior trim.
5. Excellent sealing performance. The furnace wall uses light guard plate whole welded structure,
connection using flexible sealing between the guard plate and steel frame, to ensure no sealing
off because of heat expansion when the waste heat boiler is running.
6. The furnace of large diameter centralized downcomers to ensure safe and reliable water
circulation, effectively reduce the flow resistance.
